Getting started with Acorn Club App

Activate Your Account

Sign In here with your Acorn Club username and password or activate your new account using your customer ID, Stairlift serial number and postal code..

Visit the ‘My Stairlift’ page

Once logged in, the page will direct you to 'My Stairlifts.' Choose the stairlift that displays the StairSafe logo in the top right corner.

Click on 'Download the App'

After you've selected the lift, you can scroll down, and on the left-hand side, you will see buttons with a few options, select 'Mobile Apps.'.

Download on your iPhone or iPad

If you chose 'Download for Apple iOS' and you are viewing this screen on an Apple Mac computer, you may login into your Apple Account and download the app through the Apple Store.

If you are not on an Apple Mac computer, you must download the App through the Apple Store App already on your iPhone or iPad.

Download on Google Play

If you chose 'Download for Google Play' click on the green Install button and download the application through Google.

Log In to Acorn Club Mobile

Once you have downloaded the App on your mobile device or Google Play web application, you can use your Acorn club username and password to log in. Enable push notifications if you want to be notified about up-to-date details on your stairlift.
